A veteran freedom fighter, he actively participated in the Quit India Movement (1942) and spent two years in prison, fighting for India’s independence.
His wisdom, dedication to education, and vast knowledge across Hindi Literature, English, History, Geography, and Mathematics continue to inspire the family and everyone at Temple Home Creations. Jyoti is a visionary educator and community leader who co-founded Temple Home Creations, shaping its people-centric philosophy and cultural direction. With nearly two decades of experience running Temple Home Academy, she empowered young women and underserved communities through accessible English education and mentorship. Jyoti continues to inspire the organization with her commitment to education, grassroots development, and long-term ecosystem building, laying the foundation for Temple Home Creations’ mission in Bihar.

He is a seasoned professional with 33+ years at Life Insurance Corporation of India, where he excelled across Accounts, Sales, Personnel, Inspection, CRM, and Vigilance, retiring as Assistant Divisional Manager. Renowned for his expertise in due diligence, ethics, and operational integrity, he continues to guide Temple Home Creations’ ventures with wisdom and discipline. As a co-founder and Facebook page administrator for Patna Civility Partners, Arvind ensures strong community engagement and operational oversight, while mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Operations Manager (Active)
He is an expert in corporate operations, process optimization, and data-driven strategy, and a professional corporate recruiter certified by the American Staffing Association, Six Sigma Green Belt (Project Management Institute), SHRM-certified HR professional, IIBA-certified business analyst, and Microsoft-certified data analyst. Satyam leverages his global and US-based experience to design scalable operational frameworks, optimize workflows, and orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensuring ventures run efficiently, deliver measurable outcomes, and scale sustainably.
Visionary (Inactive)
Priyam, the youngest member of the family, gave the name “Temple Home” in 2006, which inspired the name for Temple Home Creations in 2025. He is a Network Architect at Akamai Technologies, specializing in internet edge and backbone capacity, network strategy, and infrastructure management across APAC. Priyam brings expertise in cloud computing (AWS), CDN management, and network design.
Though currently inactive in day-to-day operations, his vision and early contributions continue to influence the culture and identity of Temple Home Creations.
